You can only cancel your booking up to 3 days before the event for a full refund or to reschedule. Refunds are not issued for cancellations made < 3 days before the show. To reschedule, please contact me via email before attempting to rebook another slot.
And a no show (ghosting) is considered a used up slot (and rude), and it is neither refunded nor rescheduled.
